The TRIAD Process management system training is offered on-line using the process Textbook & Workbook screen sharing. Training is site specific for unlimited number of participants. Completed worksheets are forwarded to the site manager as pdf files which may be reproduced, as necessary. The TRIAD Process system may be purchased as an electronic file and licensed for unlimited in-house use at an additional cost.

The Workbook is a 67-page loose leaf manual that contains a brief description of the TRIAD Process with flowchart and information on how to use it to create a master plan unique to your business. The workbook also contains reproduceable master sheets of all 54 TRIAD Process worksheets for use in your management system. It also provides a handy place to retain completed work product for follow up and on-going updates as the master plan is implemented throughout your enterprise.
